Every month, The Residences at Forest Park Hotel honors one resident’s pet with the Pet of the Month title. Residents submit their pets to be chosen and create biographies about their pets to share with their neighbors.
November’s Pet of the Month award was given to Riley, residents Karolina Gogola and Stephen Hawn’s dog.
Riley is a five-month-old yellow Labrador Retriever who looks more red than yellow. Riley met her adopted parents, Karolina and Stephen, via FaceTime when she was one week old. It was love at first site. Karolina flew to Colorado to pick Riley up and bring her to her new home. At that time, she only weighed 16 pounds, but has grown to 45 pounds since! Riley has three sisters and four brothers, and she is the reddest of all of them. Her passions in life are: food, naps, grass, swimming, cuddling and doggie friends. Her dislikes in life include: not living outside, leashes, heat, being left alone and being woken up during intense naps. Riley is a genius. She knows how to give a mean handshake and can almost roll over. When she grows up, she wants to be just like her friends in The Residences at Forest Park Hotel and be all-time “keep-away” champion. Let Riley melt your heart by saying hi to her. It makes her day, seriously.
